Product Discount on Cart Quantity Count for WooCommerce is an easy to use plugin that allows you to give a discount on each product that is added to the cart based on the total cart quantity. If you wanted to, you can offer the discount to a specific User Role, such as Customers only. Since WooCommerce applies “Customer” as a user role for when anyone creates an account on your site, when selecting Customer as the User Role, only those people would receive the discount you are offering. You can even narrow down as to when the discount should be applied by selecting a specific Product Category.

There are two different types of offering a discount you can use, either Percent Discount or Fixed Discount. The discount will only be applied based upon the Total Cart Quantity you specify. The Total Cart Quantity is based on either the number of individual items in the cart or if there is only one product in the cart that has the Quantity field shown, what ever you specify the Total Cart Quantity in the settings then the discount will be applied to each product in the cart.

When the discount is applied to each product in the cart, the Price Column will show the regular price strikethrough and then display the discount price next to it. Also under the name of the product will show a Discount attribute with what the discount amount is.

After a customer places an order while using the Product Discount on Cart Quantity Count for WooCommerce plugin, on the Thank You page and the Admin Edit Order in the Order Details, under each product will display the Regular Price and Discount attributes. This way the Seller and Customer knows on how the discount to each item was applied.

Plugin Features

• Enable or Disable the Cart Discount.
• User Role
  Specify a User Role to only accept discount. Default option selected is set to Everyone. When you select “Everyone” option, all user roles will get the discount amount this includes: Shop manager, Customer, Guest Customers, Subscriber, Administrator, etc.
• Product Category
  Specify a Product Category to apply discount amount to each product in the cart. Default option selected is set to All Categories. When you select “All Categories” option, all product categories that have products associated to them, the discount amount you specify will be applied.
• Discount Type
  Select either Percent Discount or Fixed Discount. Default option selected is set to Percent.
• Discount Amount
  Specify a Discount Amount for each product in the cart.
  For “Fixed Discount” type use either 5.00 or 5. Do NOT include your Currency Symbol ($).
  For “Percent Discount” type, just use numbers like 35 or 50. Do NOT include the Percent Sign (%).
• Total Cart Quantity
  Once the Total Cart Quantity is reached the discount amount will be applied to each product in the cart. Minimum & Default Total Cart Quantity is set to 1.
• WooCommerce Cart Notice will be displayed ONLY IF when there are Less items in the cart than what the Total Cart Quantity is set to. Once their are more items in the cart or equal to the Total Cart Quantity the Cart Notice will disappear.
• Start & End Dates
  Put in the dates you wish to have your discount amount to be active. Once the End Date has passed, the plugin will automatically be disabled.
