Shipping for Digital Products
Shipping costs are FREE for all digital product orders. Delivery of digital goods is typically instantaneous or within a few minutes after your purchase is confirmed, you should receive links to download your ordered products on the final page of the checkout process.
If you do not receive the digital product links upon purchasing, you can immediately contact info@jhwebdesigner.com with your transaction/payment details to ensure your product is delivered as soon as possible.
Refunds & Returns for Digital Products
Purchases of any digital products are considered deemed “used” after download or opening, and all purchases made on www.jhwebdesigner.com are non-refundable or exchangeable, all sales are final. Since all digital products made available here are “nonphysical“, there are no refunds.
Shipping for Posters
Shipping your poster cost is $3.00 – $12.00 flat rate shipping fee.
Shipment method: UPS Ground / 3-5 business days (this does not include print time or processing your order.)
Refunds & Returns for Posters
You have 30 days to contact me by email (info@jhwebdesigner.com) from the time you received your poster delivery. Please provide photos of any damages from your poster with or without framed. Depending upon the damage you will receive some sort of a refund or will send you a replacement. Their are NO Returns on the posters with or without it being framed.
